We understand how much trust you place in those who look after your pets. Our staff and volunteers provide your pets with everything they need throughout the day and evening: private playtime, one-on-one snuggle time and unlimited hugs & scratches. The Furshire provides a great atmosphere for your pet, allowing them to have a fun and safe experience during their stay with us.

Boarding for Dogs

Your dog will be part of the Playgroup for an exciting day of romping around, swimming, sun bathing, playing chase and ball. They are socialized in Playgroup from  9am - 5pm. After playing all day they will head back to have some dinner. Then back out for snuggle time and another round of play before settling down for the night around 10pm. Truly, there are no words that express the amount of love and attention your pets will receive.

Your dog MUST be spayed/neutered to join the Playgroup if they are not they will be apart of Daycare so they can enjoy all the same fun. If you would prefer that he/she does not socialize (no big deal)! A staff will be assigned to your pet and they will receive about 6 hours of interaction per day in our daycare no group interaction. Our staff provide your pet with everything they need: private playtime, one-on-one snuggle time and unlimited hugs & scratches. Special accommodations are also available for destructive dogs.

Flea & Tick Prevention Program

Every dog and cat will  receive a flea & Tick treatment. We use Frontline Plus $15 (Waterproof) or Bio spot $6. They must have one every time them come if it has been longer than 30 days. You also may bring your own or proof if your dog is currently on a continuous program.

Bedding & Toys

Each pet is supplied with bedding. We prefer no toys are brought, however you may bring your pet's bedding if you would like to. We wash all blankets before pick up. We are a private facility, with public hours that we strictly regulate for the safety of our staff and comfort of all pets. We ask that you stick to your drop off and pick up times, and keep them within our lobby hours. When you drop off your dog please do not let them go potty before reaching our potty area; where you can lock the gate and let them off the leash to go investigate.

Collar & Leash

All dogs must be leashed and all cats must be in carriers when entering or leaving the facility. Once we take your pet we will return your harnesses, leashes, and cat carriers to you. It is your responsibility to take them with you and also to bring them along back when you pick up.

We take care of the medication that you administer at home for no additional charge. Bring medication in a pill container or baggie (not in your pets food bags), with their name on the outside along with written instructions.
